Power BI

Power BI is a business analytics service provided by Microsoft (the free edition is accessible with an Office 365 subscription). It provides interactive visualizations with self-service business intelligence capabilities, where end users can create reports and dashboards by themselves, without having to depend on information technology, staff or database administrators. You can easily start creating your own reports with our Intro Power BI development training. Power BI Desktop is the starting interface where users connect and manipulate data in a functional repository.

PowerApps

The PowerApps feature is included with the Business Premium Office 365 subscription and higher. It allows you to easily create desktop, tablet and mobile apps with a point-and-click approach any device type. They have a large selection of templates to choose from or you can start from a blank canvas. Easily connect your app to data and use Excel-like expressions to input. Once the app is created, you can publish it to the web, iOS, Android, and Windows 10.

Power Automate

Power Automate is a service that helps you create automated workflows between your favorite apps and services to synchronize files, get notifications, collect data, and more. There are three types of flows: automated (triggered by a designated event), instant (triggered manually as needed), and scheduled (you decide when and how often it runs). Power Automate connects to many features in Office 365, as well as 3rd party products such as Twitter, Facebook, and Gmail.

Power Virtual Agents

Being AI-driven, Power Virtual Agents can provide exceptional support and services to both customers and employees. Using this program, you can easily create and maintain bots with a no-code interface. This creates powerful chatbots that can answer questions posed by your customers, other employees, or visitors to your website or service.
